Help us Complete Construction of the Jack-Ash Trail — We are beginning our campaign on April 1st but we’re Not Foolin’!

Since 2009, the Siskiyou Upland Trails Association (SUTA) has been working to create a a trail system along the ridges between Jacksonville and Ashland Oregon – dubbed the Jack-Ash Trail. We’ve made progress with the help of all of our great volunteers and work crews, but we need your help to take the Jack-Ash to new heights! The section of trail up and over Anderson Butte is under construction and we want to complete construction by early Summer.

This is where your help is urgently needed. Of the total 15-mile length of the Jack-Ash Trail, we have a little over two miles of trail and some time-consuming switchbacks left to build. We estimate we will need an additional $15,000 to push the trail over the top. We already have a $3,000 pledge from a local business to jump-start our goal, if the community steps up and donates, too.

With your financial help, we hope the Jack-Ash Trail system will be ready for you to enjoy this summer. There are several ways to contribute via a tax-deductible donation:
