SUTA Presentation at Medford REI, March 6th, 6:30 p.m.
Siskiyou Upland Trails Association (SUTA) will be at the REI Medford classroom on March 6th, 2025 from 6:30-8:30 PM to talk about what it takes to develop and maintain the Jack-Ash and Sterling Mine Ditch Trails. We invite you to come and learn about the latest plans for getting new trails approved and constructed. We’ll also talk about what it takes to maintain the nearly 40 miles of existing trails. All of our work as a non-profit is done in partnership with the Medford District BLM.
We’ll also talk about the Siskiyou Skyline Trail, which is designated as an Oregon Signature Trail. The SST is the combined Jack-Ash and Applegate Ridge Trails that are envisioned to connect the Pacific Crest Trail with Ashland, Jacksonville, and Grants Pass.
